"- Location was fabulous in central Paris. Notre Dame 5 minutes away. Close to 2 metro stations. Apartment was in a safe area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby - Washing machine came in handy - Good wifi - Small kitchen - Apartment size was decent for Paris"

We were aware of this when booking but just wanted to let others know that there are 58 steps on a narrow spiral staircase so bear that in mind if you have big suitcases or mobility issues - The apartment is located on a busy street with lots of restaurants, therefore lots of noise late into the night."

"Can get noisy during the night. Stairs are very windy and steep so not suitable for everyone. There were stains in the bed linen used on the sofa bed. In addition to the city tax, there was an additional €80 that we had to pay when we got to the apartment because we arrived just 21:00, we felt that this extra cost should have been pointed out in the information section of the property and not after we had made the booking."

"Easy communication with pleasant host. The lively neighbourhood had a lot to offer and felt safe for the children to go out by themselves. Very nice location close to Metro and RER, so perfect base camp for exploring the entire city. Simple, but complete facilities made it possible to make our own meals if we wanted."

"The street outside was busy with life until midnight (no traffic). We are used to quiet and to sleep with the windows open - but we had to close the windows and use the fans only, and it was a very warm (July). We managed though, and I imagine this will not be an issue in the cooler parts of the year."

"Excellent flat, excellent location. Well maintained and clean flat in the heart of Latin Quarter which meant we could explore most of the popular tourist activities in Paris on foot. Despite being small, the flat has everything you need and is nestled amongst plenty restaurants, cafes and shops. We were very comfortable there as a family of 4."

"The flat is on the 3rd floor so you will have to carry your luggage up a tight spiral staircase. The location is busy so the flat is noisy up to midnight every night if you need the windows open, which you will need to do when ilthe weather is nice. Take ear plugs!"

"Fabulous location! Wonderful old building with well appointed apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The facilities were generous and the bed was super comfy. Just a short walk (3 mins) to the Metro, RER and many attractions. If you need quiet to sleep this may not be the place for you as the hustle and bustle of the street below gives a background noise to the apartment. My daughter and I loved it however; we loved watching life go by below from the windows. The stairs were old and windy but well worth the climb."
